Florida Maintenance Cleaning Company started out as a two-person operation and was founded in 1988. As of present day the company has grown to 35 employees, servicing over 50 business contracts.
Our mission is to clean your premises effectively, efficiently and thoroughly, using the latest methods and equipment along with the most eco-friendly cleaning supplies available. All of our work is performed to your satisfaction and specifications.
Our clientele´s office spaces range from 300 sqare feet to 100,000 sqare feet, so be assured that no job is too big nor too small.
We are fully licensed and insured. We carry a two million dollar liability policy, and all our employees are covered by Worker´s Compensation.
After 21 years in business, we are still family owned, and we look forword to doing business with you in the future!
